Serve Locally

Every week people at CFCC are involved in serving throughout the community in a variety of ways. Whether skilled or less-than-skilled, you can make a huge impact in the lives of people near you. Are you ready to get involved and serve in your community?

Hope Haven

The mission of Hope Haven is to help the homeless find a path off the streets and mentor them throughout their life journey to succeed and thrive as contributing members of our community. They build relationships with individuals on the streets as a means to inspire a sense of purpose that empowers them to achieve stability and change their lives.

Epiphany

Epiphany Ministry, Inc. is an ecumenical Christian ministry for young men and women who are troubled and/or are in the custody of Juvenile Justice Facilities.  Their  purpose is to manifest God's Love to incarcerated youth.  Each Epiphany weekend involves a team of adults and youth from the Christian community who work together to show the Love of God to those attending.

Houston church planter's network

The focus of HCPN is on church planters. The belief is that healthy churches are planted by healthy church planters, leaders and teams. We are committed to strengthening church planters through resources, coaching, and connecting planters to one another.
